Murder, Mystery and Make Up Monday creator Bailey Sarian has announced a new podcast Dark History in partnership with Audioboom.
Dark History debuts on 2nd June and will be available weekly on Wednesdays where ever you listen to podcasts. Which will be followed by the video version of each episode on Thursdays on Sarian’s YouTube channel.
Don’t panic, Murder, Mystery and Make Up is going nowhere and she will still be there for you on Mondays.
Dark History will see her delving into “the dark underbelly and hidden secrets of both well-known and lesser-known stories from U.S. and world history”
The premiere episode will focus on the DuPont chemical scandal. Further episodes will cover the Armenian genocide, Juneteenth and the Zoot Suit Riots that occurred in 1943 Los Angeles
“Storytelling is a newfound passion of mine and I’m so excited to bring people into a whole new world with Dark History,” Sarian explains. “This is different from Murder, Mystery & Makeup because I will be focusing on stories throughout history, there are a ton of lesser-known history stories that I’ve come across over the years and thought to myself, ‘Why didn’t they teach us this in school?’ I don’t have the answer for that, but let’s talk about what happened.”
