Comedian, Darren Harriott, has made it through to the second week of Dancing On Ice. With plenty of fire in the performance, Darren competed for the first time in the competition to ‘Fireball’ by Pitball.
The skate between Darren and partner Tippy Packard began in a make-shift kitchen, and ended with Tippy soaking the comedian with a glass of water. This new move has been coined the “neck flick and chill”.
The couple got a total of 26.5 points, putting Darren in joint third place of the week’s skaters in line with Hollyoak’s actress Molly Gallagher. The lowest scoring celeb was footballer and TV host John Fashanu who finished with 19 points. Josh went into a skate off against Love Island’s Ekin-Su where he was then voted off the show in front of a relieved Ekin-Su.
Darren took to Instagram afterwards to thank his followers for the unexpected support, saying “Gosh what a rush” as he moves into next week’s musicals round!
You can catch TV’s rising star, and award-nominated comedian, Darren Harriott, at his first UK tour in 2023 entitled ‘Roadman’. The tour starts on Wednesday 13th September at Glasgow’s Glee Club and finishes on 25th October at Salford’s Lowry.
