A brilliant and engaging children’s show that is perfect for both parents and kids of all ages. Through using lots of acrobatics and cirque tricks alongside the story it helps to make sure everyone is entertained and parents can leave having enjoyed themselves too!

The show was originally made in 2018 as Australia was really suffering with bushfires, this fun and educational story uses music and non-verbal storytelling to teach children to care for the bees. The queen bee and the worker bee must learn to work together to rebuild their hive after it is set on fire and they make a lucky escape.

Through some impressive balancing skills, juggling and even some partner acrobatics paired with a flute playing queen bee, there is so much about this show to enjoy.  Alongside this there are lots of funny moments, audience interaction and a fun set with lots to look at so children are never bored.

At some points there is some mild peril that is quite upsetting for some of the children in the audience, as they have grown close to the characters and don’t like to see them in danger. These sections didn’t last long and moves on to a happier bit of the story almost immediately and the children seemed to forget the upset pretty quickly.

A wonderful show that helps children learn about bees and their importance as well as a silly and fun circus show that would be perfect to help introduce a child to cirque and live storytelling.
