Fans of the Aussie soap Home and Away will be able to see their idols on stage in the UK when Home and Away: The Early Years comes to the UK.

Original cast members Kimberley Cooper (Gypsy) and Nick Hardcastle (Tim) guide you on a sentimental journey back to Summer Bay’s early years with a cast that features Nicolle Dickson (Bobby), Alex Papps (Frank), Sharyn Hodgson (Carly), Mat Stevenson (Adam) and 90’s favourite Kristy Wright (Chloe).

The tour opens at Bath Forum on May 14, continuing to Salford Lowry May 16, London Palladium on May 16 and Birmingham Symphony Hall on May 20.

Nick Hardcastle, who is also co-producing the show said:“To be a part of this is so exciting! Hosting this tour is a dream gig, to be able to connect with a live audience full of fans of the show with some of their most loved characters of the early years is going to be so joyous! I think that we all need something uplifting and fun that takes us back to a simpler time where we can connect over a shared experience.”

Co host Kimberley Cooper said fans could expect to hear some fascinating revelations of what life was like for actors on the hit show. “I could not be more excited to come back to the UK especially because of this tour. I am most looking forward to meeting all the fans and letting people in on behind the scenes secrets!”

The hosts have also promised that some special guests may also be popping in to join them – as schedules allow. And the actors taking part say they are looking forward to meeting UK fans and finding out what the show means to them.

Nicolle Dickson said: “I am thrilled and honoured to be visiting the UK to relive my time on Home and Away with the wonderful supporters of the show for what was an incredibly special time in my life. I am very sentimental of my time in the show particularly the early years.

“We had no idea when we filmed the pilot it would lead to such a success and years of work. It was an exciting time; I was so grateful to work along some wonderful actors with whom I developed a real connection with. I loved all the early storylines, when Bobby had so much attitude and was quite misunderstood, the fights, the rejection and the tears.”

Mat Stevenson said: “Home & Away has been a part of so many people’s lives for such a long period of time. I’m thrilled to know there is a thirst for nostalgia amongst our UK fans. I want our UK fans to know that this reunion and celebration means just as much to the cast as it does to you. We are humbled and excited to reconnect and celebrate with you all. There will be plenty of genuine tears laughter and love.”

A limited number of exclusive pre-show Meet & Greet tickets will be available for purchase at each venue. This allows you to meet and mingle with the entire Home & Away touring cast, take a photo or selfie, get an autograph, and receive a piece of official merchandise.

Home and Away returns to TV screens in the UK and Ireland on 6th January 2025.
