Easter Treats Review: Tony’s Chocolonely

What’s shaped like a giant cocoa bean, comes from a place that pays farmers a fair price, and also – arguably most importantly – tastes of the delicious chocolate that regularly tempts wagon-falling from diets all year round? It’s these guys, obvs. The milk caramel sea salt bar is a personal favourite, so the fact that an entire egg exists in this tongue-smacking variety is very dangerous news indeed to have this far ahead of Easter. And there’s also a Tony’s Chocolonely milk chocolate egg too, for the more traditional easter egg lovers, similarly cocoa bean-shaped – giving a satisfyingly squished aspect to the usual oval.

Accompanying both of these 180g eggs are 5 smaller solid chocolate eggs in milk, milk caramel sea salt, milk pretzel toffee, white raspberry popping candy, and dark almond sea salt. The white raspberry popping candy is a particularly fun explosion in the mouth, proving to be a yummy surprise.
