If you’ve been craving a moment of reset — that deep exhale your soul’s been begging for — then mark your calendar: the Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to London Olympia this 23–26 May 2025, and it’s promising more than just good vibes. Think personal transformation, soulful connection, and maybe even a new skill (or psychic insight) to take into summer with you.

Now in its 48th year, this iconic celebration of holistic living continues to evolve, with 2025’s edition set to be its most inspiring yet. Four days of immersive workshops, free talks, vibrant markets and soulful soundscapes await — a weekend that blends modern wellbeing with timeless spiritual wisdom.

Gone are the days when festivals were just for flower crowns and muddy fields. This is wellbeing reimagined — uplifting, energising, and deeply nourishing. Whether you’re dipping your toe into the world of chakras and cacao, or already fluent in your moon cycles and mantras, there’s something here to spark joy, insight, and transformation.

This year sees the debut of the MBS Academy — the festival’s exciting new learning arm, offering mini-courses in Reiki Level 1, Kinesiology, Breathwork, and Sound Healing. It’s an empowering space designed for anyone looking to deepen their practice or turn passion into purpose. Think of it as spiritual CPD with heart.

The festival brings together an incredible line-up of thought leaders and change-makers across seven distinct stages. Expect talks and workshops from the likes of Robert Holden, Kyle Gray, Dr Gemma Newman, Sonia Choquette, Michelle Elman, and S.B. Keshava Swami, to name just a few.

With over 111 free sessions, you can breathe, laugh, stretch and self-reflect your way through a truly bespoke wellbeing weekend. Fancy a bit of laughter yoga, a cacao ceremony, or an astrology deep dive? It’s all here — no previous experience required.

At the heart of the festival, the Main Stage will hum with movement and music, while the Wellbeing Studio, in partnership with Triyoga, offers a sanctuary of stretch and serenity. From dynamic Vinyasa to restorative Yin, there are classes for every body — whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just love a good savasana.

Want to indulge your mystical side? Head to the Crystal Clear Psychic Circle for personal readings, or capture the unseen with Aura Photography, where you’ll leave with a unique polaroid snapshot of your energy field — and maybe a new way of seeing yourself.

The Alchemy of Sound zone, curated by renowned sound healer Anne Malone, offers sound baths and sonic meditations to help reset your nervous system, while the beautifully curated Ceremony Space hosts intimate rituals celebrating everything from body confidence to kundalini energy.

And for women navigating the midlife shift, the Midlife Wisdom Stage is a must-visit — with talks covering everything from menopause to gut health, fatigue to the power of reinvention.

Don’t leave without a browse through the Wellbeing Market — over 175 stalls bursting with treasures you won’t find on the high street. Think ethically-sourced crystals, natural skincare, handmade jewellery, beautiful yoga wear, and spiritual tools for modern living. It’s a joy for the senses and a great place to pick up meaningful gifts for yourself or someone you love.

So whether you’re seeking healing, transformation or just a moment of peace in the chaos of life, the Mind Body Spirit Festival is your invitation to reconnect — with yourself, your tribe, and your path forward. Come curious, leave radiant.
