Following two years in Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is set to return to Australia and our screens this November.
Featuring the Bafta-winning duo hosts Ant and Dec, ITV have released a first-look trailer as they head Down Under in preparation for the brand new series.
In the video, the presenting pair can be seen jumping out of an airplane before the video pans to them getting ready to land in the jungle with parachutes reading: “We’re back!”
The official celebrity line-up for this year’s series has not been revealed yet but there have been various big names in news reports recently, including a royal. Earlier this week, Mike Tindall was reported to be amongst the stars that have signed up for the show. This news has not been confirmed by Mike or ITV.
If correct, the former rugby player would become the first member of the royal family to take part in the infamous ITV programme. Other stars reportedly set to join the cast this year include Boy George, comedian Seann Walsh and DJ Chris Moyles.
The news doesn’t stop there, with Ant and Dec’s recent announcement that there is due to be an I’m A Celebrity, All-Star version of the hit show taking place next year in South Africa.
In a video shared on social media, Dec said: “We’ve got news for you. It’s probably the worst kept secret in television, but we can confirm we’re doing a very special series of I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here! in South Africa!”
