A dazzling celebration of dance and Cuban culture. Havana Street Party takes the audience across the world to Cuba as the performers show the beauty of their country.

As dancers from Los Datway, Danza Contemporanea de Cuba, Ballet Rakatan and Ballet Revolucion all come together, they create a showstopping recreation of the streets of Havana. Showing the wide variety of dance and talent that comes from Cuba. With incredible fluidity and movement, each and every dancer is in sync and working together to show off one another’s talents.

Although in sync every dancer has a completely individual style, making the show such a joy to watch, no matter which dancer you look at you see something new and exciting. Social media sensations Los Datway wow the audience with their impressive street dance tricks, with their lively energy and dynamic moves these dancers kept the crowd’s energy up throughout.

A breath taking moment in this show is a intimate partner dance, candle lit in the dark underneath the stars. A clever use of lighting to set the scene, the two dancers move together, using their beautiful technique and ballet movement with a Cuban ballroom twist to create a moving and emotional piece of dance.

Getting the audience up on their feet with them several times throughout the show this is a feel good and fun show that keeps the audience involved, learning new dance moves and some members of the audience are even lucky enough to get their own moment on stage. We learn of the joys and escapism through dance that is embedded in Cuban culture throughout the performance and the show does the perfect job of giving that same joy and escapism to it’s audience. An unmissable dance experience.
