Irish comic Dylan Moran is to join the cast of As You Like it in the role of Touchstone at the Theatre Royal Bath this August in a production directed by Ralph Fiennes.

The Black Books creators will join Patrick Robinson, Charlie Rowe, Dame Harriet Walter and Gloria Obiayano in the new production of the Shakespeare Comedy, which will run from August 15 – September 6.

In collaboration with Ralph Fiennes the Theatre Royal will also present Small Hotel by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, which will star Fiennes alongside Francesca Annis, and will run from October 3-18.

The Ralph Fiennes / Theatre Royal Bath Season also includes an evening with one the legendary musician, artist and writer Patti Smith who will appear at the at the Theatre Royal Bath on Sunday 6 July.

The season opens on 27 June with Grace Pervades, the world premiere of a new play by David Hare, starring Ralph Fiennes as the legendary Henry Irving alongside Miranda Raison as his wife Ellen Terry.
