Katy Berry : Diamond Goddess Crystal Pussy – Review

Katy Berry is an electric performer with enough energy for the entire building.

Her show helps us to let go of our past and our biggest fears in order to become our greatest selves and reach our wildest dreams. Which is exactly what she did for herself after finding out she was the daughter of Poseidon!

Katy like many of us struggled growing up in her small town, always feeling like there wasn’t room for her to be herself. We learn of her embarrassing stories from childhood, weird boyfriends and how she got her goddess status in the most outlandish, brilliant musical comedy show.

A moment that truly shows off Berry’s brilliance is a series of improv raps about different members of the audience’s guilty pleasures, leaving us with some brilliant one liners on Lea Michele, Dance Moms and Lisa Rinna.

Berry is not only a talented comedian but she has an incredibly rich soulful voice. Her voice completely matches her and all she stands for. It’s clear she has a lot of love for this show and her singing comes from the heart.

Katy and her side stage side kick slash musician Adrien Pellerin have a great chemistry. Pellerin really adds a light and captivating energy that helps to pull the show together.

Throughout the show Berry gives us permission to fail in order to become the best version of ourselves. Berry may have had moments of failure in her life to get to this point but she has absolutely succeeded with this wacky, energetic, delightful show about learning to accept who you are and loving yourself to the core!
