TO CELEBRATE ITS 30TH ANNIVERSARY
Park Circus is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Disney classic HOCUS POCUS (1993) by releasing it back in cinemas, with screenings throughout October in the lead-up to Halloween. Starring Academy Award®-winning Bette Midler (Beaches, Ruthless People, For The Boys), Primetime Emmy Award-winner Sarah Jessica Parker (Sex And The City, Divorce, The Family Stone), and Kathy Najimy (Sister Act, Rat Race), it is taking UK cinemas by storm.
Hocus Pocus is the ultimate family-friendly big-screen experience this spooky season, with screenings taking place at Vue, ODEON, Cineworld, Curzon and Light Cinemas in the UK & Ireland, plus many more. Park Circus, which represents the international repertory theatrical rights, is also giving fans in wider territories the chance to enjoy this hilariously wicked favourite, including additional screenings at Pathe in the Netherlands.
The storyline follows three outlandishly wild witches, Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, who return from 17th-century Salem after they’re accidentally conjured up. It’s a night full of fun and comic chaos once the tricky 300-year-old trio sets out to cast a spell on the town and reclaim their youth. Packed with bewitching laughs, Hocus Pocus is an outrageously wild comedy that’s sure to be enjoyed by all the family.
