Prepare to be swept away once again by the mesmerising sounds of The Sizzos as they unveil their latest musical offering, ‘Vol. 1 of the Singles Series’.

Featuring the enchanting A-side track “Wooden Bridge” and the evocative B-side “Lizard Skin”, the new releases promises to captivate audiences with its emotive storytelling and atmospheric soundscapes.

Originating from Eugene, OR, The Sizzos, led by the visionary singer-songwriter George Zaninovich have two decades of experience in the industry.

“Wooden Bridge” stands as a hauntingly beautiful collaboration with This Side of Wednesday, exploring themes of intention and loss, the track reflects on the complexities of relationship.

On the flip side, “Lizard Skin” offers a nostalgic journey reminiscent of iconic bands like Tears for Fears and The Cure. featuring intricate guitar and string arrangements, the instrumental track captures the essence of parenthood and the journey of shedding expectations.

Speaking about his influences and aspirations, Zaninovich said: “I draw inspiration from bands like War on Drugs, The Cure, and The National, aiming to create music that resonates on a deep emotional level with listeners.”
