Be Truffle

Black Truffle Honey & Sweet Truffle Chilli

Truffles have long been the height of luxury foodstuffs, conjuring images of hunts through woodland with snuffling beasts and careful waiters grating a few morsels over fresh dishes in high class establishments. Aiming to make the sought-after fungi less elitist and more accessible with a range of condiments specifically including British favourites like mayo, ketchup, and sweet chilli sauce, Be Truffle’s small pots are positioned to be a helper to recipes or late night cheeseboards alike.

The honey is runny and gooey, delicious with a sweetness that tastes entirely natural with just a hint of the fragments of truffle pieces found in its golden nectar. The sweet truffle chilli is semi-liquid with enough viscosity to stay on a knife for spreading, or to pour easily with its gentle chilli bite. Both work very well with a nice piece of cheddar, elevating charcuterie and tapas pieces with festive sparkle.
