Billed as a poshed up refrigerator cake, The Nice Slice from Hotel Chocolat is a chunky delicious rectangle of almond and milk chocolate, praline of hazelnut, crispy corn and rice cereals, with sea salt and caramel thrown into the mix too, and a scattering of milk chocolate bunnies along the top for extra Easter flair. Yum!

This is rich and tasty and full of something different in every bite, which is just as well there’s enough to share as it’s sized to be sliced into . No fighting over the last bit, everyone can have some. Although it’s worth paying attention to Hotel Chocolat’s recommendation to pop it in the fridge for an hour before attempting to slice this family feast otherwise I’d anticipate some splintering in the portioning up.

Great as a luxurious gift to the family, or the piéce de resistance for your Easter feast for friends and fam, The Nice Slice Easter Edition is a different twist on sharing chocolate this Easter.

The Nice Slice, £17.95 from Hotel Chocolat
