Arcade Fire have announced a very special, one-night-only performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday 14 May 2025 — their only UK date as part of a run of intimate shows around the world in support of their forthcoming album, Pink Elephant.
The show is part of a limited series dubbed the ‘Don’t Think About Pink Elephant’ gigs, taking place in select cities across the globe. The band will perform the new album in full, just days after its release on 9 May.
Marking their seventh studio release, Pink Elephant sees Arcade Fire return with a renewed sense of scope and scale. The album features ten brand new tracks and follows 2022’s critically acclaimed WE. Lead single ‘Year of the Snake’ offers a vibrant preview, buoyed by Régine Chassagne’s euphoric vocals and layered in the band’s signature orchestral textures. The track’s title nods to 2025 being the Lunar Year of the Snake, symbolising transformation, new beginnings, and creative rebirth, themes that thread through the album.
Long hailed as one of the most influential bands of the 21st century, Arcade Fire have always blurred the lines between music, performance art and cultural commentary. Their return to the stage at one of London’s most iconic venues is set to be both a celebration and a statement of intent.
Presales for the Royal Albert Hall show begin on Wednesday 23 April, with general sale opening Friday 25 April at 10am via livenation.co.uk.
