Seductively vulgar, Barron lets us know right at the start that the tone of the show will be as base as possible! However it’s actually a delightfully amusing take on what it’s like to be a newcomer-fat-fighter in the UK.

Ever-intriguing and plainly dressed in a white T shirt and black trousers, Barron’s not giving us glamour. You get the impression she doesn’t really care for glamour at all. One of the first things you feel is that Barron is really enjoying talking and laughing about her take on her new life.

Her delivery is that of a finely-honed instrumentalist. And from the word ‘go’ she’s got the audience invested in her enjoyment. Barron is clearly a seasoned professional who’ll take you on a Big Dipper ride through everyday occurrences that most people experience. And she will induce thoughts which most people think, but regard as unspeakable. And Barron verbalizes all of it. In fine detail, warts and all.

Barron has an ease of delivery that makes you feel you really are hearing her tell these stories for the first time.

From clearly having a difficult time with dating in her early years, and also being very overweight, it seems almost a celebration that Barron has come through it all and we are all in on her own personal story.

You may come away from this with a few ideas which may enhance your sex life, or you may learn something about yourself and your relationships that younever realized. If you don’t, you’ll certainly come away feeling you’ve shared some very funny moments. And the frightening moments of her life are told with real pathos, and they will be compared to some of the trivial and the brutal moments all of us go through.
