Carnaby International have launched a new video game of the classic British indie film, Rise of the Footsoldier: The Mobile Game. The game, available now on iOS via the App Store and Android Mobile via Google Play, is developed in partnership with Soho Game Development, Platinum Pictures, Akupara Games, and Flowstate XR.
Rise of the Footsoldier: The Mobile Game features familiar faces from the Rise of the Footsoldier franchise, but is reimaged as an old-school Beat-Em-Up style game with plenty of modern 3D graphics and updated gameplay mechanics.
The recent launch comes in time for the re-release of the original 2007 film, Rise of the Footsoldier: The Extreme Edition. Rise of the Footsoldier: The Mobile Game allows the player to opt-in to be one of the three anti-heroes: Pat Tate, Tony Tucker, and Craig Rolfe. The story follows the action between Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins and Rise of the Footsoldier: Marbella, and is narrated by actor Billy Murray.
“The game was created for fans of the franchise to give them the opportunity to play a quality action game as the characters from the film.”
Andrew Loveday and Terry Stone, producers of the Rise of the Footsoldier films and producers of the game
