I’ve been alcohol-free for about five years now. I love it – but there’s not a huge range of options when you’re at parties.

Jamu Wild Water is a new, smart alternative to alcohol, combining natural flavours, probiotics and botanical extracts and available in three flavours – rasberry, lemon and blood orange.

They come in nifty little 250ml pastel coloured tins and they have a lot to recommend them.

They are low sugar, with the extra sweetness coming from stevia, which is a natural substance extracted from a South American plant. The flavours are natural and not too overpowering, with an extra twist added by botanicals such as marshmallow, rosemary and dandelion.

The taste is subtle and delicious and added probiotics, vitamins and fibre add to the manufacturer’s claims that these cute little beverages are not just yummy but will also do you good.

Jamu Wild Water is available in 250ml cans, RRP £2 a can from https://jamuwildwater.co.uk/ and Amazon.
