Edfringe Comedy Poster Awards Winners

Irish comic Alison Spittle and boob centric clown Jessica Aszkenasy are the winners of the 2025 Comedy Poster Awards, announced last night at Gilded Balloon Patter House

The Audience Award went to Alison Spittle: BIG, designed by Oliver Deans, with photography by Matt Stronge and make-up by Phoebe Dawson Derry.

Jessica Aszkenasy won the Panel Prize, which is judged by marketing creatives for the poster for her show Tit Clown, which was designed by Dylan Woodley, with photography by Rebecca Need-Menear.

Comedy producer Gina Lyons, founder of the Comedy Poster Awards, says: “Walking around Edinburgh and looking at the posters, I’ve seen so much brilliant creativity on display this year. Congratulations to all the designers, photographers and acts involved in our shortlisted entries for being such talented individuals.”

Other posters nominated for the audience award were: Christian Dart: Gumshoe!, Freya McGhee: Experimental, Gross Domestic Product, Jordan Gray: Is That a C*ck in Your Pocket, or Are You Just Here to Kill Me?, Mitch Benn: The Lehrer Effect and Roger O’Sullivan: Fekken.

Also nominated for the panel prize were, Ali Brice Presents Eric Meat Gets the Chop, Mr Chonkers, Olaf Falafel Asks: Orange You Glad?
