Shania Twain has announced a run of outdoor shows across the UK and Ireland for June 2027, including a headline slot at State Fayre, billed as the UK’s largest music and BBQ festival, on Saturday 19 June.
The eight-date tour opens at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on 16 June. From there she heads to Glasgow Summer Sessions at Bellahouston Park, then State Fayre in Chelmsford, Blackweir Fields in Cardiff, Live at Powderham in Exeter, Marlay Park in Dublin and Belsonic in Belfast. The run finishes at Blenheim Palace Festival in Oxfordshire on 29 June. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday 6 November.
The dates follow the release of Little Miss Twain – The Places I’ll Go, the deluxe edition of her seventh studio album, Little Miss Twain. The original record arrived in July and found the five-time GRAMMY winner looking back to the start, revisiting the experiences, sounds and memories that shaped her before she became famous. Drawing on her childhood and teenage years in Canada, it traces the roots of her sound through country, pop, rock, soul and bluegrass. Collaborators include Tanya Tucker, T Bone Burnett, Ronnie Wood, Josh Homme, Ray Parker Jr. and Toto’s David Paich. The deluxe edition goes further into the formative moments and influences behind the artist she became.
Twain has also recently released an audiobook of her 2011 memoir, From This Moment On, now narrated by Twain herself. The bestselling book follows her turbulent rise to stardom and includes a new foreword with personal reflections on her journey.
2027 is also a significant year for her back catalogue, with the 30th anniversary of Come On Over and the 25th anniversary of Up!, two albums that helped reshape country and pop and broke through around the world. A biopic about her life and career is also in development.
