Music News: Scottish Scene-makers The Filthy Tongues announce gigs with Poet Paul Hullah

The chameleons of the Scottish underground, the Filthy Tongues, are to re unite with poet and musician Paul Hullah, for a Scottish tour.

Ten years ago the Filthy Tongues, with a core line-up of singer Martin Metcalfe, drummer Derek Kelly and guitarist Fin Wilson collaborated with Hullah on a project known as Scenes.

The band released a selection of songs, which were accompanied by artwork from Metcalfe and a book of poetry by Hullah.

The Filthy Tongues and Paul Hullah will play accoustic gigs in Glasgow Drygate on September 13, Falkirk Behind the Wall on September 14 and Edinburgh Voodoo Rooms on September 14.
