Originally from Israel, On Mekahel is an actor, model, influencer, reality TV star and business owner with over two million followers on his Instagram social media account. Whilst he maintains a global fanbase, On splits his time between the UK, US and his home country Israel.
On’s impressive CV begins with fashion and acting, when he moved to New York aged 20 on a modelling visa. During this time, he studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film School, and discovered the glamorous party lifestyle that the New York scene had to offer.
Following this On’s success only grew, winning modelling contracts with the likes of Nike, Gap, Puma, and Abercrombie & Fitch, as well as appearing in US movies, TV shows and commercials. He was then offered the role of Naomi Campbell’s personal assistant in 2015, and subsequently travelled the world with her for three years.
After years of working alongside one of the most renowned fashion icons, On built on his key learnings from modelling career and launched his own stylish underwear company Mounderwear.
However, one of the highlights of On’s career was being the first Israeli man and the first gay man to be featured on the cover of an Arabic magazine in Saudi Arabia. This was a major achievement on behalf of LGBTQ communities and Muslim and Israeli communities, considering Saudi Arabia’s laws on LGBTQ communities.

In 2019, On’s happiness was completed after marrying his partner Dave in Paris. Moving forward, they continue to realise their dreams and make them a reality together, as life and business partners.
On’s life ethos continues to be to party hard but work harder, turning his genuine passions for fashion, fitness, entertainment, travel and LGBTQ rights into something that’s meaningful for the world.
