Earlier this week Netflix released a teaser trailer for ‘You’ season three alongside a teaser trailer for the suspenseful and dark series. The release date on Netflix is set for October 25th this fall. The release date has been moved up as covid restrictions were able to lift slightly over the past few months, giving fans, that have been patiently waiting for the other side of the cliff hanger that season two ended on, a nice surprise.

Penn Badgley returns as serial killer Joe Golberg for the final season of the psychological thriller based on the best-selling novels by Caroline Kepnes. This season Joe becomes a father, after girlfriend Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti). He quickly becomes infatuated with their neighbour in the quaint suburbs leaving avid viewers wondering how he will cope with his murderous tendencies.

Back in April show runner Sera Gamble tweeted

“The episodes are fucking bonkers and the performances are insanely good. That’s all I’ll say about that till we are ready to talk about the new season.”

New additions to the cast include Dylan Arnold, Michaela McManus, Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle and Tati Gabrielle.
